Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll implementation, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment. Strong understanding of global payroll principles and experience with multiple payroll systems are essential, as is the ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
The Payroll Implementation Manager will oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients, leading and managing the full payroll implementation process to ensure accurate data transfer, system configuration, and a seamless transition. They will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through setup and migration, and providing ongoing support and training. Additionally, the manager will work with the onboarding team and clients to organize and run kick off meetings, and deliver our implementation, and manage project plans to deliver the successful roll-out of clients.
